The Way We Use Information:
EPI respects your personal privacy. Other than the basic information required by the Learning Management System (LMS) provider for the purpose of providing a sign-on to the e-Learning courseware, we will not release your name, street address, telephone number or email address to external sources without your consent unless required to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety as permitted or required by law. The information we collect about you is required only to process orders, provide a sign-on to e-Learning courseware, monitor the use of the e-Learning courseware and provide product information. Although you may be contacted by EPI fulfillment staff personnel in the course of business, we will never participate in unsolicited e-mail (spam) by providing your information to external solicitors. All information given to EPI is confidential. Our online ordering system uses the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order.

Payments:
Products or services sold on this site will be billed by EPI or its fulfillment agency.

Children:
We do not direct our Website to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under eighteen years old.

We are not responsible for the activities and practices that take place on these websites. Return Policy:
Since our founding in1991, EPI has had a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy, and we are proud that we have never had a dissatisfied customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or service you receive from EPI, contact us for a full refund minus any expenses we have incurred in providing that product or service.

Shipping:
Individual countries may add customs or duty charges to your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of any applied customs charges.

Education Only:
The information on our website and in our courseware is intended to educate you and help you reduce errors and increase your effectiveness. The successful implementation of error prevention requires substantial and ongoing time and effort on the part of the customer. Disputes:

If any matter concerning this purchase shall be brought before a court of law, pre- or post-arbitration, Visitor agrees to that the sole and proper jurisdiction to be the state and city declared in the contact information of the website owner (Scottsdale, Arizona) unless otherwise here specified. In the event that litigation is in a federal court, the proper court shall be the closest federal court to the Seller’s address (Scottsdale, Arizona).

Visitor agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the state of Arizona.

The EPI website and courseware is copyrighted by EPI, and the trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on this Site and in the courseware are the property of EPI. The purchasing individual or organization is permitted to use the copyrighted and/or trademarked materials within their personal lives or organization, but they are not permitted to transfer or transmit the copyrighted material or Marks to any other individuals or organizations by any means without the prior written consent of EPI.
